 SHIRL TWIRL is remarkably supreme conditioning for the fingers, wrists, elbows and shoulders! A fun way to exercise for all ages. You will develop incredible dexterity! You will train with :

Four finger twirl (vertical and horizontal)

Eight finger twirl (vertical and horizontal)

Split finger twirl (vertical and horizontal)

Figure eights

Hand Rolls

Little Joe Flips

Flats and Verticals

And more! Class members must purchase their own batons. Length of baton varies per person.
