This class is designed to increase muscular strength, endurance and flexibility for the entire body! Low weight and high repetition using hand weights and ankle weights.  This will definitely shape your muscles, giving you a sleek appearance! For sanitary reasons, please bring your own 3-5 pound free weights, ankle weights, extra thick mat, towel and water bottle. 070721_1459Monday/Wednesday 1:30- 2:30 p.m.
